Try to add more protein into your diet. Remember the more carbs you eat, the hungrier you'll get. So try replacing a few calories from carbs with protein. All the best!

Try eating something more satiating so that you stay full. Eat something that is low calorie dense, so that you can eat more and still lose weight.

High protein (minimum 100g per day) and lots of fibrous veggies like broccoli - very filling!

I’m finding that adding more protein to my diet, more plants and way less refined sugar is helping to make me feel full all day. I’m consistently losing weight but not feeling deprived or hungry at all.

more protein needed. exchange the Provita for rice cake. much better. keeps you fuller for longer and lower calories and carbs

Up the fat content if you are hungry. I personally aim for 50% fat, 25% protein and 25% carbs. Works well
