I was at 74% RDI and was feeling really lazy and craving junk food so I opted to go quick calorie route and eat 2oz. of sour cream & onion chips and 3 beef snack sticks. Did up my RDI to 96% very easily and quickly but kinda feeling bad about my choice of foods right there. The fact that my RDI falls below 100% helps ease my frustration and I will try to make healier choices tomorrow. I am trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet which again I did not meet very well today but tomorrow's a new day and new choices to be made.
