Although my weight is pretty much the same, my body is becoming more solid.

I dropped my squats to 155 in order to fix my form. My knees were beginning to hurt.

I'm deadlifting 240 which is low but I'm gaining pretty quickly every week.

I'm benching 205 which is low as well but I'm gaining fast.

Shoulder presses at 130

and barbell rows at 155.

This 5x5 program works really well for me. It's simple and I get results every week.

What's weird now, is that I switched to a high fat/protein and lower carb diet and my appetite is gone. I can't eat more than 1800 cals usually. I'm normally a ravenous eater so this is kind of intriguing. In a normal day, I could normally eat 3k or higher in calories.
