Okay, partly due to having a rare visit from a close family member (had not been here in almost 10 years!), we have had many departures from the normal routine and the normal food plan. Also, due to a sumptuous seder last night (didn't bother even trying to count the calories--it just wasn't going to happen that way), I feel absolutely convinced that I have gained more weight back. And no weigh-in until Sunday--I have sworn it! However, we are back on the wagon now, and all is not lost... er, gained... well anyway, you get the idea. But in time, all will be lost (in a good way, that is), and it starts today. Although we have some tasty things to dispose of, none should be a real problem in terms of calorie load, and there should be plenty of time for at least the normal exercise routine.

I had already almost made my "Goal By Birthday" group goal, and even with some gains, I think I can easily make that. I had been thinking of increasing it, and I still think I may, but I'll wait until Sunday's weigh-in to decide whether and how much to increase this interim goal. I am very excited to think how much weight I may have lost in total before my physical scheduled for the second week in May!
