Isn't it typical that the day AFTER weigh day, you're 2 pounds lighter? Works for me! It'll show up next week. Yesterday was a bad day. It started by a bad weigh in and just kept going down hill. I'm happy to start today all over again with a successful number on the scale, a long run completed, and a whole day to enjoy it!
I was asked to host 20-30 teenagers at my house this weekend for dinner. What do you feed 20-30 teenagers that isn't potato chips and cheese that they'll actually eat? I really need help on this one. I'm worried that if I cook anything that I shouldn't eat, I'll end up eating the left overs.
