Not too bad a day... have kept within my points despite going out to lunch with an ex colleague (had a Pizza Express Pizza - UK WW members, did you know that Pizza Express has worked closely with WW to put healthy options to their normal pizza's on their menu? Only 7.5 points for a Margherita Leggera pizza!!!!It's basically a pizza with a hole in the middle which is filled with salad! Flippin brilliant idea! And it was gorgeous!
The rest of the week has been good and I've stayed within my points range and banked a total of 8.5 points so that I can have a little slip on the weekend if I feel the need!
So far, so good - I've just got to drink more water and up my excercise!
