Outstanding! Started my WFPB VEGGIE diet yesterday! It's very apparent I did not buy enough different veggies. Supper is a baked potato with mushrooms. It's very good but doesn't compare to your photo.

Thank you Petra#56,Lindy220,and pegster8 it was so yummy! All_pain_no_gainz, trying to cut carbs where I can and add more fiber, veggies and protein... As you can see from my other posts I love them, LOL.
