Päiväkirja - Diminishing_ME, 16 maalis 22

I was pretty stressed out the past few days, not sure why. anxiety went sky high and I missed work, i stayed in bed, and I want to say I ate wrong, but I didn't because i only had pre-portioned meals at home. I lost my car keys too, and the dog had them.
after a day long pity party, i forced myself out and off to work, and i made myself walk 2 miles, two days in a row, and I am feeling better. I am still eating well and determined to keep on with this plan.
I put together some premade meals on Sunday evening, nothin exciting, some frozen chicken bites, a sweet potato, and some greens, collards and broccoli. I took frozen mac and cheese meal cut it into 4 squares, and aded a square to some of the meals. Les is more! It is working! I freeze these, so i can grab and go, that has been KEY in keeping me on a plan. I eat smaller meals, they are 400 calories average, 3 or 4 times a day. It is working! I feel better, clothes are looser, and more. Eating less by eating more often!

Stress is killer. I'm sorry you had such a crappy day on this one, but it looks like you are making good choices and making good plans going forward. Hang in there!
