took a slower warm up and pace today. I feel guilty because Bruce asked me how I felt today and my response was I'm here. in truth I wasn't at first. I have sick kids and have been operating on 4 to 5 hours of sleep a day for 5 days now. I do always feel better after I finish at the gym than before I got to the gym. Its amazing how I felt when I walked in compared to how I felt when I walked out. But the fact that I've re arranged my life around his advice and the results I'm seeing is proof a bit of hard work will get you there. I haven't felt good the last couple of days due to stress and sleep and the lack of it. So I'm forcing myself to eat a bunch of carbs tonight and a bunch of nutrient rich food tomorrow. My goal in bed by ten. To everyone that's given me encouragement. Thank you :)
