I'm at the halfway point of my weight loss as of this morning. I am continuing to make healthy changes. I've been working on increasing foods high in fiber, keeping track of sodium intake and trying to reduce sugar consumption. Water intake has been consistent. It's been a real eye opener to learn the amount of sugar or sodium in some foods. Planning my food journal a day ahead is definitely helping me to stay on track. I continue to make adjustments to my food diary as I go through my day but it's been helpful to have a guide.
