Quite a weight loss this time. I knew it was mostly fluids. Also doing good on how I am eating on shift work. Finding that I'm not wanting to eat as much. I know that I won't lose as much the next week but any loss is a gain. Let's see how it goes. It was a eye opener from the start of the challenge to where I went and where I ended up. I know it was still a gain from the start but I'll take the loss at the end.
