Still huffing and puffing along this journey. I was down today. 200.4 so I should be in the one hundreds next week or maybe tomorrow. We will have to see...

I have now completed my 5 miles for this week with two days left. I did manage to get some jogging in as well as mostly walking. I still need 3 cups of water for today and to do some other exercises but it's looking good all said and done.

I was a very late but well rested sleeper this morning. I woke up briefly at 8am but when back to bed and slept until 12pm. I guess my body needed that. I felt good once I got moving for the day. The only thing is I missed breakfast so I have breakfast for lunch, and then dinner tonight was some lovely grilled shrimp. Skipping meals is something I do not approve of but happens sometime.

I will try to get some other snacks in before bed. My sister has a recipe for a greek yogurt/ lite cool whip desert that I think I will try with some of my delicious raspberries.

Well, I'm off to make candied Pecans for a lady I use to work with that has Cancer. I talked to her recently and asked if I can stop by tomorrow, and bring her a treat. We both bake and I have a great recipe for Candied Pecans.

well done you, the breaking of a big number like that is really psychologically lifting.. i just broke the 100 kg mark so i am roughly at the same weight (or a bit more) and it makes a big difference being in a different number set doesn't it x try adding some smoked pepper to the candies pecans or some cinnamon . or both.. chipotle pepper flakes work amazingly with a sweet coating and nuts. And i have used as reduced sugar coating that worked well also.. it is about just thinly coating the surface, and if you weigh a set number of nuts before they are coated, you can calculate the amount of coating on the finished nuts and get a realistic calorie estimate from there.. then actually tracking even those "forbidden" snacks can be done honestly... lol i stopped trying to be 100% good and settled for 100% honest and ended up getting better results last time round haha.. best of luck. x

You are amazing and that is super sweet of you! You will make it to the 100's and then closer to your goal. What is this lovely cool whip dessert you talk about???

Thanks Dianecavaliero. The Candied Pecans are not a low cal recipe but I also didn't eat any of them. Pecans are not really a temptations for me. @ shorttie: The dessert is nonfat greek yogurt mixed with lite cool whip with splenda added to it. It's great eaten with fruit and you can add other things as well. Like angelfood cake or lite whipped cream as you choose.
