Arghhh i seem to have fallen off the wagon a bit!! ate too much last night - just had so many cravings and obsessing about food, just couldnt help giving in to eating. Have eaten too much this morning too. Argh i find this so hard! Got to stay positive and get back on track. I need to do some exercise today to help

God yes please... i really do!! i think doing it alone is definitely SO hard!

You just need to find the right motivation. For me it was lowering my blood pressure and also my cholesterol was a bit high. For you it's looking good on your vacation so you have a goal, just remind yourself of it everyday.You won't have many cravings if you eat healthy so you are feeling full and you won't be having sugar crashes.

Also, don't let one bad day get you down - we all have those so be kind to yourself, forget yesterday and think about today, tomorrow and you looking fab on your holiday :)

PS - are you logging all your 'exercise'? Even sleeping and sitting down burns calories and it will give you a better picture of what your intake v expenditure is...

I've found setting aside some healthy snack food has helped - lots of ready chopped raw veg and fruit so I don't feel bad if I need a munch! If it's colourful and all nicely laid out on a plate its more tempting too.

Hey Beevis - thank you. It just happens so regularly. I find cravings and food obsession so hard to deal with when trying to loose weight - makes me want to binge! Anyway - im feeling good a positive today. I record exercise when i do an actual exercise - otherwise im just sat at a desk all day burning sod all! I had a foot injury so only just about walking again. Tatmummy - yeah thats a good idea, i will try that! :) Thanks Ladies. Hope you are both good today!

Thanks snezica - didnt see your comment before. Yeah my motivation really is to be happy, healthy and just feel good in my own skin. Not just for holiday. I want to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise and not use food all the time to cope with life!

Hi Sammy... I agree with Snezica... also plan ahead.. sounds easy but keep trying options that will help you cope through the hard times and your persistence will pay off. Hang in there...(hugs)
