I was looking around online for a website where someone recommended or reviewed different low carb grocery finds, and couldn't find one. It takes so long to read labels and find things that are good additions, I thought for sure there would be something out there. I found a few places with lists of specialty products you can buy online with questionable ingredients (and most of those are really old), but I was looking more for just a list of things you can get from a regular grocery store, to help successfully follow the program long term. So... I made my own board on Pinterest, if anyone wants to check it out.
