Very happy today. Finally made it under 16 stone - 15 stone 13 and a quarter. Been stuck just over 16 for a few weeks, but redoubled my efforts and it has paid off.
Since starting my diet in September last year, I have dropped very nearly 3 stone - 18st12 and a half was WAY too much for me. So my next goal is to get another 2 lbs off by September. Hopefully not too much of a problem.
Just got to keep doing what I do as it seems to work well for me. #justeatless
