Last evening I worked out at the gym for 90 minutes. 5 miles on the stationary bike in 25 minutes, 2.5 miles on the treadmill for 30 minutes walking/running between 3.0 and 7.2 mph, alternating speeds but keeping my heart rate above 125. The rest of time was spent lifting weights.
Tonight I planned on going to the gym again, but we are receiving more snow and by the time I would reach the gym and complete a workout it would be late coming home. I have opted to do Zumba at home for an hour (1 disc) and run/walk on the treadmill.
No matter what I will continue to lose this extra weight before I graduate from college in May!!!! (I am having more energy also so that is definitely a plus)
