Scale says I'm down 2 pounds from yesterday, which I know isn't really sustainable or permanent. I had a headache and was grouchy most of the day and I realize now that I probably didn't eat enough. So, I had a bigger dinner tonight (still healthy, low carbs, well within target calorie intake for the day) and I feel a lot better. I also briskly walked 20 minutes to work, instead of driving, and took my normal daily (slow) walk with the dog. A good day 2.
