I am back home after major neck surgery. My pain is so much better, but for six weeks i will be flat on my back. I have decided to join a local dietician and am hopeful that at the end of the six weeks my weight would have decreased slightly . My video call is at 10:30 and i would like to document this new challenge every step of the way.
