..and grain free it is as well. Everything that goes kind of conform with the medical medium life style. It's not easy but it's worth it. Being in meno pause and hardly having any issues is what I gained. I will never go back for sure! No more heat waves, allergies, dry and itchy legs, bad finger nails, seasonal asthma, back pain, infections, winter depression, weight is now easy manageable, I'm not always tired anymore, I'm a lot more stress resistant etc, etc. - so many positive points. I sometimes wonder why not everyone tries this diet. But probably for the same reason as I did in the past. Alone the name "medical medium" stopped me looking deeper into it 🙀🙈
