I went to bed early and woke up early, before 4am. I hopped on the scales and weighed in at 324lbs. That's bad but it's early. I hope I'll weigh less later, I'll go back to bed and weigh myself again when I wake up. If there's a reason for me putting on 3lbs overnight the only one I can think of is eating too much fat. Eating more protein than fat seems to work for me. I did the reverse yesterday.
