Program is working. I am down 12 lbs, 1,5" off my waist and down to 16.5% bodyfat since February 1st with no muscle loss. Fitness program increasing tone and cardio. Energy through the roof. Never hungry except cleanse/detox days. still "tweaking" but getting VERY close to the prefect nutrition/fitness balance program. Did I mention I do have alcohol and "cheat meats" twice a week? Let's GO-YA!
