Hi! My slow cooker has been defenestrated for misconduct (never again the Cecotec brand!). In exchange, I bought this thing. It is the Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air, which is 49% off on Amazon (at normal price, no way).

I have the instant pot and love it. Has the air fryer lid which my mom stole from me. You can make some amazing things in there. Enjoy!

I'll let you know, Kat! It could be the bomb or the most wasted piece of junk in history. Do you use recipes from any specific source, or do you improvise, adapting your habitual recipes?

I bought a cookbook in the beginning. I’ll take a pic and post it. Once I learned the basics, I mostly just wing it with the exception of beans and grains which tend to be rather specific. There’s also a great YouTube channel and website called hip pressure cooking and she has some air fryer lid recipes.
