Sunday was my birthday. My twin and I went on some day trips. And then, we met up with our parents for birthday dinner. I was not very disciplined this week. I tried, but didn't write anything down for 2 days. I'll will try to focus up, try to. With Thanksgiving, my family goes to Golden Corral. And you know I'm gonna do? I'm legit gonna bring a food scale with me.
