I feel like I did better this week, although I did eat out more then cooking at home. Sometimes, my grocery shopping routine changes, and this week, I went to the Asian market to get me some baked goods. One of my favorites is a pork sung roll. Trying to calorie count it is so hard. It just has an ingredient label on it.
But, overall, my calorie intake has ranged 2000-2200. Whatever I got from restaurants, I tried my best to have it fit in the 2000-2200 limit. So like, I've done kids meals just to get that smaller portion.
I did play pokemon go/ go walking this weekend, but didn't spend as much time as I usually would.
