A Tuesday that feels like a Monday. Hurried about my morning routine so I could carpool with my hubby to work ... only to discover he wasn't feeling well and is staying home today. Darn ... I could have exercised longer had I known!! Oh well, such is life.
I actually made it through an entire day yesterday, being mindful of what I put in my mouth by counting it all!!! YAY!!! Today is another day in the journey.
Oh darn the buzzers are ringing and I must get moving. I hope you all have a lovely day!!! I doubt I'll have time to stop in today ... if I remember correctly I have quite a busy schedule today but one never knows.
Grateful I am ...
1. for my fat secret buddies, old and new, who are such an important support for me
2. for thrift store shopping to get me a couple pair of summer "pants" very cheaply to tide me over until my "real" clothes fit again!!
3. for a day that looks like might include blue skies

Good morning Carol, it is nice to see you on my feed again! I too LOVE thrift stores, and sometimes at the one I frequent if you look hard enough you can find brand new clothes with the tags still attached for super cheap! Have a great Tuesday.

Carol, it takes so much courage to come back and journal and open yourself up; congrats on taking that step. We are all hear for you, old friends and new friends. You can do this, you will do this, life is a work in progress, which you know only too well. Welcome back. I too have been absent, stress, work, all excuses but I hope to be back more frequently and of course support you in all your efforts. You are loved no matter what you weigh. XO
