Got on the scale today and jumped up to 241. I know I overdid my wine consumption Mon, Tues and Wed. I was back on track yesterday, but then indulged in a stupid chocolate santa and a tbs of peanut butter. It's about that time in my dieting where I haven't yet built new habits and it's too easy to fall into old patterns. Today is a new day and I think if I stay on track this weekend, then I should have a decent weigh-in on Monday. It's almost like I need to test myself every now and then to see if I can lose weight if I go back to my old habits. The answer is obviously no.
