My dad passes away yesterday, 31 Jan. Heart attack in his sleep. Currently running around with admin and trying to get my mom sorted. She has very bad bipolar (thank fully on meds but she acts the same as my 4 year old) and was completely dependent on my dad. Not really the way I planned om losing this 2kg summer loving weight gain.

Sincere condolences. Its a hard knock even without the extra stress. Look after your wellbeing, don't let extra things like weight add to your stress. You can get back to that when you are ready.
