Päiväkirja - Koreen, 11 elo 09

Today was a total fail with my Insanity workout. My kid was in my way the entire time. Plus, my a/c is broken (they come to fix it tomorrow) so its well over 80 degrees in here, and just about 100 degrees outside. I managed a 2.5 mile run before I startedthe dvd. That could also be the reason I sucked it hard during Insanity.

I just wasn't in the zone today. This is the first time doing Insanity that I've felt this way. I'm blaming the heat.... if it were cool, my kid would have stayed in her highchair the entire 39 minutes and I would have had a better workout. Oh well. There's always tomorrow. At least I did it... and that 2.5 miles.

Maybe I should change into my running shoes and try for another 2.5 miles. That might make me feel good. Since running always puts me in a better mood.
