Look at the drops! I really love the results and as you can see, I'm not bones and flesh only, still enough fat left although I hardly eat it anymore (I started to significantly reduce it already more than a year ago) 💃 The fat mainly comes from chocolate (still addicted), cakes etc. and some meat from time to time.. 😬 

I also like the increase in protein and body water! Protein increase on a "vegan diet" 🤣. I'm still trying to increase the amount of water I drink daily to at least 3 litres! That's really hard to do and sometimes needs good planning because the body needs to release it more often 😅
