Trying to up the protein this week.Been hungru a bit more and I noticed proteins down. Also realizing that weight training is SO beneficial to toning and all day calorie burn, just still not all jazzed to get up and do it. I used to really enjoy it, but now I love walking and running. Problem is that I can eat into my muscle tone only doing that. I do however bust out 120 plus pushups and abdominal exercises every other day on avarage and that is a great all around exercise.
