I ran out of energy yesterday a few hours after lunch so I had to grab some leftovers. I will have to work on my menu to get that under control.// I look forward to the walks I have with my dog. Yesterday we walked 2.3 miles in 33:13 minutes with a near even split. This evening I think Im gonna give him a break from the pavement and take him to the dog park.// Ive been having some weird dreams. Some good and some not. More vivid lately. IDK if that's a part of this process or not.// Ive been thinking about my eating habits before I started the diet.... Not so good. Hope everyone has a good day. Thanks for the support.
