Back home and back on track now. It is always hard to return to the grind, but I am also very aware of how great the changes I have been making to my eating and activity habits have been making me feel. Not only do I feel more fit, capable and energetic, but my recently-too-tight clothes are fitting me, and I am just starting to actually put aside some of my "fat" wardrobe. I have really wanted to buy some new clothes, but I don't feel I am ready in my new size yet, and don't want to do too much, then have it (hopefully!) all to redo next year. Although I _do_ relish the thought of trying things on and being pleasantly surprised that they fit, or even are too *large*, and I have to search for the next size down... lovely to daydream!
