June 8th, I saw my heart dr. today and he gave me this grazing diet to do, he wanted me to give it at least 3 months, I eat something every 2 hours up to 150 cal, 6 ozs of water every hour, only 400 cals at meal time ( for your big meal - dinner )1800 cals a day up until I lose 25 lbs then 1500 after that. NO SODA - he said I could eat what I wanted. So I'm going to give it a try, started a little today, but tommorrow will be my real first day.( I'm never good at diets) and I have alot of health problems which makes it hard for me to exercise, but I'll try harder.
