made my own first fruit smoothie today, with fruits I have planted in my back yard, I did 2 cups blackberries, 1/2 cup black raspberry and blue berries, 1 plum, 2 cups strawberries (those I bought) and 4 ozs cranberry/apple juice, nothing else. that is what I am having for my lunch today.
