So for the last couple day I have been relativly "off track" Not that i have gone over in calories just bad calories. I knoe that is my fault and my choice I own that and I will deal with the weight fluctuation and inaccuracy. I also spent 7 hours on the river on Thursday swiming and tubing well I got blister sunburned!! (I know DUMB!) I also got a bad case of dehydration so I am sure that the weight loss the next day was in fact water and not in a good way!! So for the last couple days I have not done any extra walking and moving like normal. I know that all this is because of me and my choice and all I can do is own it and move on, I will not pay alot of attention to the numbers as I know my body is going crazy right now because of the severe dehydration and the quick and major changes in food both good and bad. I also know that the choices in the BAD food didnt help in aiding my body to heal from Thursday. Some structeral critisism and tips would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks guys. I think any other time this would have happened I would have just given up but having this site to express myself and keep track etc has helped me I am eager to move on and in the right direction! thanks again for letting me vent!

Hi! First of all, did you have fun spending the time on the river? I bet you had and that's how it should be. :o) I wouldn't spend too much time "regretting" your weekend. Just focus on the here and now! You can do it and you'll love loosing weight because it will make you clothes become loose and reshape your body. Two days of some "bad" choices will not make you fall off the wagon. I consider it a "curve", nothing else. You stayed withing your calories that is already really great and next time you will be so used to the good choices in food you'll have less of a problem staying with them and come on, sometimes bad is just fun - and let's be honest, we all need to have fun sometimes. *g* As for the dehydration, you realised that it happened. Awareness is the first step to improvement. Maybe make a list of things to consider next time and just plan to e.g. drink more. When I am doing new or exiting things I simply sometimes forget to drink. I actually have a smart phone app now that reminds me to drink water. *g* The phone vibrates every hour if I have not encoded anything and it really helps me to get the fluid I need. Maybe that would work for you as well? Have a great week!

WOW Thanks!! That is an awesome APP!! And I must say the idea of a "curve" LOL LOVE IT!! Thanks that is more than what I needed. Youre wonderful Buddy!! HAHA
