Got really sick had a severe case of food poisoning. Stomach felt like hell the last thing on my mind was food. Couldn't even watch the food network channel. Today 5 days later feel better but still eating less. This could be the start of something big I hope so, weight is down 7 lbs since I got sick. Time will tell!!!
