The weight I gained on vacation still hasn't come off. I stayed in my caloric range <1300 and worked out longer than I normally have time for yesterday. I blame it on the carb heavy spaghetti dinner my husband and I cooked last night because my macros were way off. He was craving spaghetti, and I didn't want to discourage him by not eating because cooking is new to him. I plan to eat less next time to make room for a protein smoothie later to balance the macros.
