The more I read about fat loss and health, the more I realise that I cannot cut corners and that there are genuinely no short cuts. I actually have to put in the work. I cannot get away with putting in minimal effort. Yes it takes time, yes it takes work, yes it costs money, yes I actually have to practice new habits and minimise/stop old habits, yes I have to be disciplined, yes I have to be consistent, yes I have to do it when I don't feel like it/when I'm tired/when I don't have the energy or bandwidth. I just have to do it. Why? Because I want to be healthy.
