Well, started induction on Saturday July 30 and so far have put on 4 pounds. Not very motivating, but I will keep at it and see what happens by this saturday.

If you're looking for support or suggestions, this is the place. I would first recommend that you log your food daily it's hard to see what's going wrong when you only have one day's worth of food logged. For what it's worth, you might want to check out the Atkins site as well. You're eating some things that aren't allowed during Induction... mozzarella and peanut butter for example. There are a lot of good groups out here -- they really help with support and suggestions. Best of luck to you!
