So... Attempting to start a slimming world style plan tomorrow, done my homework tonight, and wrote out what I plan on eating for my 1st week! I need to lose about 64lbs to get into "normal" BMI, feels like a bit of a hill to climb as I've been the same weight for around 3years after putting on about 4stone very fast (over about 6months, damn contraceptive implant) sooooo.... Wish me luck!!
