I like this diet. I'm eating 3 meals a day with snacks, staying under my ideal caloric intake, pretty close to my carbs(a little over), and I'm not hungry or grouchy, or tired, or having intense cravings that I cant satiate. I had an atkins chocolate peanut butter bar which really gave me the feeling of eating a candy bar. I am seeing some wieght come off which is giving me even more motivation to continue. Who knows, I may even stick with this new lifestyle change for good.
