Still managed to lose half a pound despite not being super strict with my diet but then again I still stayed around the 20 net carb range so that was decent. What I didn't really do this week was any exercise so that didn't help. Also, ate late a lot of those nights so there's that too. Oh well. At least it's not a gain lol.
