Well, at least I lost that extra pound. Starting my training over again for a 5k I got signed up for by a friend of mine. I don't know if I will run it or walk it. I know I can walk a 5k fairly easily already. So the real challenge is to stick to the training and run it. It looks like I just answered my own question. I hope all of you are doing well this week.
