I'm feeling really good today. Getting up and jogging/walking really helps me through out the day. Then after dinner I have been doing a strength workout. :) Just wish I had someone around here to workout with me to be a workout buddy.
I know that recording everything I eat is really helping me. Such a simply step with a big impact.
