Päiväkirja - arochom, 05 syys 15

If I look at my weight chart I see CRAZY. I go up and down. I'm coming to the end of my third week on the Fast-5 diet and it looks like a crazy battle. I lose three pounds; I gain three pounds.

What I'm doing though is keeping my eye on the goal. I know it's going to take a while until I reach my ideal weight. That's why I gave myself six months to accomplish my goal. I know my body is changing because it seems like I feel lighter and my clothes are not pinching me as much. I put on a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear for a while and they fit with a little room to spare.

I'm also a smoker and I find that the taste of cigarettes is not good. It seems like my body is becoming less tolerant of the smoke. I'm going to incorporate a little more walking into my routine, and maybe some yoga tonight.
