Today was a little better, I bought the New Atkins book! I was full of energy when I woke up today however I ended up running all over again today, well really from 12:30 to 5:30 but I found that it was at the time that I get the mid day munchies so when I had dinner I was sooo hungry. Today I decided to make Hamburgers for everyone, so I made a "Hamburger Salad" It was soooo good. My husband even loved it. Well we discovered that my husband should be on the OWL phase because he only has 30 lbs to go to his goal weight. Wish me luck because after reading the items that he will be able to have I wish I was there too but all in all I am happy with my food selection. I am really proud of him though.
