I gave up on the diet for a month (work, home, holiday) and then came back and started again.

I gained 3kgs in that month putting me back two months. Amazing just one month of eating badly again and I destroyed two months of hard work when I was dieting and exercising.
I don't have a lot of time to write journal entrys or fill in my diet and exercise, Unfortunetly I don't have time to really support you guys.

I just think of it this way. I have been overweight off and on for the past 10 years and I have hated it. I know people say that I am not that fat but for me fat is fat. If I work hard over the next 3 or 4 months then it took me 10 months to lose 10 years of being unhappy.

Don't give up everyone. It may seem slow but think of the gains of being who you want to be.

Yea, that's why its better to change your eating and behaviors so you learn how to keep the weight off. I've resigned myself to the fact that I will always have to watch what I eat and exercise. I figure there will be times I indulge, but try to eat moderately most of the time.

The biggest challenge is when things like holidays in China come because of the huge amounts of food and drink. I want to get my weight down to my recommended weight so I can deal with that extra kilo or two.
