You are definitely not alone. I read that our gut biome dictates our cravings. So in a high sugar, fat, salt diet, that is what our gut biome will signal for. It took me 3 to 6 months to switch my gut biome and truly alter the cravings. It required eliminating all added sugar, pastries, pizza, fast food, cookies, crackers, and dressing, where the withdrawal was difficult for the first few months. I feel normal now. I like food, but cravings now are for fruit, veg, nuts, lean meat. I also have routines that ensure I have healthy food ready to eat.

So true. So Many things I know my body doesn't like but I like! Takes time to get it back in balance. I am just so frustrated I can't keep consistent.
