I think I'm starting to figure this out. I focus on getting my lean protien, my 15 net carbs from my veggies, and lots of water. Its really not that hard after all. Im coming in everyday way under my alotted calories. My focus is to now make my protien intake higher than my fat intake. At first I was eating fried eggs and turkey bacon at my meals and getting my carbs from garnishes like salsa and cheese and so on. Thats not right though. Now I am on a more regimented diet starting with an atkins peanut butter bar for breakfast, or string cheese, a lunch consisting of a steamed/sateed veggie and 4oz of lean protien. I garnish with buffalo sauce, mustards, dressings etc for a change of flavor. They are primarily low calorie or no calorie at all. Then I eat the same way for dinner. In the evenings I have some almonds for a snack. I realize nuts arent in the induction phase but they dont seem to have a negative effect on me so I'm having them. And abrakazam!! Wieght loss. I can do this. Only 3 pounds to go until I reach my first goal of 25lbs gone. I'm hoping to do it by next Friday. Good luck to me.
