On the road for work this week. No scales, no home kitchen, no barbells!
How will I ever survive? :)
On another note - went out to a bar this weekend with my wife to see a band. A group of women at some bachelorette outing were at a nearby table playing some sort of truth or dare-style card game. One of them draws a card, looks around, then comes over to me and asks me to take off my shirt and flex. What could I do but agree? Even had my photo taken while my wife was practically wetting herself with laughter.
I don't think that would have happened 70 pounds ago :)
